I was invited to visit a LED power supply manufacturer on August 1. After getting the factory boss's permission, I took some pictures of the following.

Materials of LED power

A SMD is necessary for power product! This SMD was generaly purchase from foreign country as its more reliable and high quality. SMD is an electronic component, and is more space-saving more stable then the plug.

This is the circuit board, the surface has been brush paste, ready send to the machine to paste SMD.SMT solder paste can stick the SMD, then will be fed into the reflow soldering up.
